Mailvio Review

mailvio review

Product Name: Mailvio
Creator: Neil Napier
Price: $297 yearly.

They say the money is in the list and everyone talks about the big guns in autoresponder services like Aweber and Getresponse (these are the Ford and Tesla of email autoresponder) but today I will be moving away from all that a bit to review the Mailvio autoresponder service which just might seem like a better option (not sure yet, just saying).

But if you are just starting out creating an email list, then I suggest you watch this video by Neil Patel (not the same person as Neil Napier) as he talks about growing an email list fast.

What is Mailvio?

Mailvio is an autoresponder service that also includes built-in SMS capability and built-in SMTP. At least the SMS capability should grab your attention because few if any other autoresponder service has this feature.

With Mailvio you can send unlimited emails and 1000 texts (you can get more credits if you chose) to up to 25,000 Contacts.

With its Drag-And-Drop Email Editor feature you can design an amazing email from scratch that is sure to convert. It also has an automatic A/B Split testing and gives you the ability to set up Automations, schedule emails and segment your campaigns.

Launch date and end: 23rd April, Thursday Closes 26th April, midnight PST

Who is the creator of Mailvio?

Neil Napier is the dude behind Mailvio and he has been in the online marketing for over 7 years, with a good track record for producing best sellers which have grossed multiple six figures in sales, across many platforms, such as JVZoo, and others.

Mailvio creator

Although I do not know why he decided to move away from Jvzoo to launch Mailvio on Paykickstart.
Anyways he stands out as a solution provider and top-notch vendor in the internet marketing niche.

I do not use Mailvio yet, no need to deceive you with false information, but these are a couple of people who have used it and this is what they have to say;

Who is Mailvio for?

I think this is best for Vendors and Affiliate marketers who have a large email list and are probably tired of paying higher costs for other services. For instance, let’s compare Mailvio with others and find out if we are getting the best bang for our buck.

Mailvio comparison

So this is Mailvio in comparison to other autoresponder services.

mailvio vs getresponse

Mailvio vs Getresponse

Okay is it just me or did you notice, Getresponse was not included in the table above?

Well, don’t let that get you excited into thinking Getresponse is probably cheaper, it isn’t. I just checked the price and this is what I found.

mailvio vs getresponse

Also, don’t get it twisted, the price is billed per month which makes the basic (which has the least features) a lot more expensive at $540 yearly. So do the maths if you intend to go for the plus, pro or enterprise.

One big plus for Mailvio.

How much is Mailvio?

I thought you saw it earlier.

Anyway, it is priced at $297 yearly or $37- $47 a month which is still a bargain compared to other autoresponder services.

Mailvio Upsells and OTOs

After your purchase on the front end you should expect a couple of one time offers.

OTO 1 is the Mailvio 25k Extra which goes for $197 per year
This gives you a better IP Pool and the ability to add 25,000 more contacts to your email list.

OTO 2 is the Mailvio smart academy which goes for $197 one time price.
This is an ultimate resource for course creation, marketing training, and business training.

Mailvio Free Bonus

mailvio bonus

Yes, additional credits and this is because you are given 1 million email credits to mail unlimited contacts on your list. It is apparently not unlimited, but truth is, 1 million credits allows 40 messages per subscriber, if you have as much as 25,000 leads.
If it is exhausted, not to worry you can always purchase 100,000 EXTRA credits for just $29 per month.

My Final verdict

Wanna know what I think?
Well I think Mailvio is okay. It’s a good option for other autoresponders and I love the SMS feature (which I wish was free by the way).

For the price and in comparison to other autoresponder services, this is a good deal.

However…

If you are just starting out growing your email list, I highly recommend you start with the free version of Getresponse which lasts for 30 days and afterward you get to pay $15 monthly.

You don’t need it or other big plans when starting.

But if you are a big gun with thousands of leads on your email list, then I suggest you get Mailvio and cut on cost. Use the balance and reinvest into your business to grow your list even more.

Secondly, I wish Mailvio costs a one time fee. I was truly expecting that. But its the same recurring cost just a lost less pricy and not sure I am cool with the idea of email credits, which seems a bit low if someone has a list as large as 25,000.

So do I recommend it? Yes I do.

  1. I was curious if you ever considered changing the structure
of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images.
Maybe you could space it out better?
